Since we first started in 1976, our goal has always been the same: “Do the best possible work at the most competitive price”. With that goal in mind we eventually grew into our current 10,000 square foot showroom and factory in Sea Girt, New Jersey.

Design Line’s founder, Matthew Egan, began as a cabinet apprentice in Ireland. Matt came to the states in 1963, became an American citizen in 1970, and started Design Line Kitchens in 1976. Working out of Spring Lake Heights, NJ, Design Line grew into its current 10,000 square foot showroom and factory in Sea Girt, NJ. Matt is still very active in the business today, although his son Stephen has taken over as the chief of operations.
